Core Duties and Responsibilities: As the Seasonal Assistant General Manager, you will partner closely with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold the highest standards in guest service, team performance, and operational execution. Responsibilities include: Supporting all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and guest satisfaction Leading, scheduling, training, and developing hourly team members Ensuring the restaurant is properly staffed and prepared to meet business demands Coaching team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations Enforcing company standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality Assisting with inventory control, cost management, and operational reporting Helping implement new systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and elevate the guest experience Working collaboratively with leadership to meet or exceed financial and operational goals What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive and adaptable leader who thrives in a seasonal environment, enjoys building team culture, and brings a strong understanding of food & beverage operations.
