Senior Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA Program) Type: Contract (potential full-time conversion) Location: On-site - Cincinnati, OH Start Date: ASAP Overview Key Responsibilities Oversee and stabilize the final phase of SAP S/4HANA implementation. Lead defect triage, tracking, and resolution across workstreams. Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are met on schedule. Manage cross-functional coordination among IT, business, and FIRE stakeholders. Maintain alignment with PMO governance, reporting, and documentation standards. Communicate project risks, progress, and mitigation plans to leadership. Support continuous improvement and readiness for future system enhancements. Top Must-Haves Enterprise ERP Project Management experience (SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred). Proven ability to lead defect resolution and manage high-volume issues to closure. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong follow-through and attention to detail in complex enterprise environments. Nice-to-Haves PMP certification and experience with PMI or ASAP methodologies. Prior exposure to Fortune 500 ERP programs. Familiarity with AS/400 systems and distribution operations.
