Walk-In Customer Representative Location: Onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM PST Work Environment: 100% Onsite - No work-from-home option OverviewOur client is currently seeking a Walk-In Customer Representative responsible for handling all in-person customer inquiries across all lines of business. This role involves assisting customers with health care coverage decisions, processing premium payments, and delivering exceptional customer service in a face-to-face setting.Responsibilities Receive and verify premium payments; issue written receipts. Explain benefits, rates, and coverage options for all health care policies. Assist customers in selecting plans that best meet their needs. Research and respond to customer inquiries and concerns. Process policy changes to retain existing business. Identify and document complex inquiries and escalate when necessary. Track trends and provide feedback to leadership to enhance service delivery. Act as liaison between customers and internal operating units. Assist with research and follow-up for executive-level inquiries. Qualifications & Requirements Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations or customer service; prior sales experience preferred. Licenses: Life & Health License preferred. Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, strong clerical accuracy, and customer-focused approach. Additional Requirements: Bi-lingual preferred in some locations (Mandarin and Cantonese highly preferred). Healthcare background-especially Medicare-highly preferred. Must work onsite, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-4:30 PM PST). Possible extension and/or conversion to full-time employment. A $500 retention bonus will now be offered, paid by the workers' staffing supplier: $250 paid after completion of the first 8 weeks of the assignment $250 paid at the end of the assignment
