Well... you...Description and RequirementsJob Responsibilties : End to end responsibility for PCSD cost End to end responsibility for PCSD customer experience Harmonizing the partner delivery (IT and processes) across the Geos Optimize the service levels based on customer requirements focusing on cost and CX Defining the service strategy for the consumer segment in collaboration with the Geos One team - strong collaboration with the Geo teams for best practice sharing, local & global innovation and initiatives Basic Requirements: 10-15 years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree or higher Preferred Requirements: Functional skills: Proven success in Services org managing Depots Excellent Project Management, Analytical Thinking and Data-driven mentality Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions Self-motivated and eager to take ownership of ambiguous tasks to ensure success.
