Job DescriptionThe following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino’s Pizza:Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu.Being in perfect image according to standardKnowing and demonstrating customer WOW steps 1) Apologize 2) Give them what they want 3) give them something extraAll Pizza makers must count peperoni and ham on every order every day no matter the topping amount when orderedNo one is allowed to clear pizzas before it is ready to place in the ovenDrivers must have $1 in coin change on every deliveryDrivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order NO EXCEPTIONNo one is allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock including personal moneyNo one is allowed to have a pocket knife or any weapon while workingDriver vehicles are to be neat and clean and in positive image while workingDrivers are not to be routed early or checked in early from deliveryPizza makers must wash hands prior to making productsOnly proper procedure for products is allowedEvery driver must have done Safe Delivery CBTEvery order is to be repeated for accuracy and name and address confirmedResponsible for all results in assigned storesInsuring food, labor and service goals are within goalP&L review with direct supervisor Each MonthMinimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call dayInsuring all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza StandardsInsure all stores are staffed and training of all team membersRepair and maintenance in all stores is maintainedFor insuring all new products or ideas are implemented seamlesslyInsuring all stores run at a minimum 4 star levelSelf OER’s are performed 1st week of each period and that appropriate corrections are madeEvaluations and raises are completed as needed and paperwork and D.O. notifiedFollow through of all assignments as well as insuring all reports and paperwork is turned in timelyThat all reports and paperwork at the store level is complete and accurateKnowing of all product and operational standardsAll safety and security procedures are followed and equipment is in working orderStore Budgets MaintainedAll school lunches are prepared and delivered within standards needed by schoolProvide accurate and detailed accountability and insure paper trail existsAll equipment is available and utilized correctlyInventory checks performed on each store each monthSystems checklist and visit books utilized and in place and used
