Consulting Project Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: Flexible / As Needed Overview Our client is a business consulting firm specializing in business transformation, helping organizations solve mission-critical, enterprise-level challenges. They are seeking a Consulting Project Manager to join their team as a full-time employee. In this role, the Consulting Project Manager will lead project workstreams, produce high-quality deliverables, and facilitate meetings with client stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and able to operate independently with limited oversight. Responsibilities Lead client-facing project workstreams from initiation through delivery Facilitate requirements gathering, analysis, and discovery sessions with client stakeholders Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, presentations, and deliverables Lead and facilitate client meetings, workshops, and working sessions Develop clear plans of attack, roadmaps, and delivery strategies, managing execution with minimal supervision Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; problem-solve and drive improvements Delegate tasks effectively and inspect work products to ensure quality and consistency Build, manage, and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional engagement Coach, mentor, and provide direction to junior team members and client-facing staff Qualifications Multiple years of experience in a client-facing Project Management or Project Leadership role Strong experience in requirements gathering and business analysis Proven ability to communicate and present to executive-level leadership Demonstrated ability to produce executive-level deliverables with minimal instruction Strong leadership skills, including delegation, problem-solving, and process improvement Experience leading client meetings and stakeholder sessions Ability to operate independently while managing competing priorities Bachelor's Degree required Approximately 3-5 years of client-facing, consulting-related experience Flexibility to travel as needed At blueStone Solutions Group, we don't just place professionals - we connect ambitious talent with some of the most sought-after companies through contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities.
