Job Opportunity - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Northern WisconsinStart Date: ASAP - Ongoing Location: Northern Wisconsin Region Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants Schedule: Rotating shifts (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with night and weekend beeper call on rotation. Full-time coverage with in-house call required. Highlights:7-OR facility featuring MAC, general anesthesia, and elective cases including intubation and IV placement Work with Drager anesthesia machines, Omnicell medication dispensing system, and Cerner EMR Case mix includes obstetrical, pediatric, and regional anesthesia; no cardiac, neuro, or thoracic cases Independent practice environment requiring proficiency in epidurals and autonomous decision-making Ongoing locum tenens opportunity with full-time hours Estimated credentialing timeframe of 60 days Requirements:Board Certified CRNA (certification required) Active certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS Required skills: General anesthesia (adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma), spinal and epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, obstetrical cases, post-op epidural and extremity blocks Required competencies: Central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placement; evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues Preferred skills: Ventilation management, epidural steroid injections (lumbar and cervical), and transforaminal techniques Must be comfortable with independent practice and proficient in epidural administration IMLC not accepted Why It's a Fit: This opportunity offers an experienced CRNA the chance to practice independently in a well-equipped facility with a diverse case mix spanning obstetrics, pediatrics, and regional anesthesia.
