Job Opportunity - Diagnostic Radiologist - Locum TenensStart Date: September 22, 2025 (Ongoing) Location: Onsite position Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants Schedule: 8-hour shifts daily, anytime between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Flexible commitment options available for mammo-focused providers (1-2 weeks per month). Average patient volume of 100 encounters per shift. Highlights:General radiology practice covering MR, CT, ultrasound, and mammography from inpatient, emergency department, and outpatient settings No IR/Vascular responsibilities required; dedicated IR physician onsite Comprehensive modality mix including nuclear medicine, PET scans, and interventional procedures Board certification required (minimum board eligible considered) Streamlined credentialing process with estimated 15-day timeframe Part-time opportunities available for mammography-focused radiologists Requirements:Board Certification in Radiology (minimum Board Eligible) Fellowship training preferred (3-year fellowship) ABLS and BLS certifications required MQSA certification required for mammography Proficiency in CT (general and neuro), MRI (general, MSK, joints, MRA), general radiology including fluoroscopy and bone density studies Nuclear medicine capabilities required (general, cardiac, thyroid treatment, SPECT) Ultrasound competency including general, OB, abdominal/pelvis, thyroid, and pediatric newborn PET scan interpretation experience required Advanced procedural skills preferred including biopsies, drainage procedures, and various interventional techniques Candidates seeking nuclear medicine-only assignments will not be considered IMLC not accepted Why It's a Fit: This locum tenens opportunity offers exceptional variety across all major imaging modalities with the support of a dedicated interventional radiology team onsite.
