Crescent Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in scenic Bennington, VT, is actively seeking LPN’s for our skilled nursing facility. We are looking for reliable nurses to provide quality care to our residents. The ideal candidates will be qualified, compassionate, delivering services in a patient and calm manner in a dynamic environment. DUTIES: Administer medications and treatments timely and as ordered Provide supervision and guidance to LNA’s Monitor patients’ and residents’ condition Assist patients and residents as necessary with ADL’s Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of medical records and documentation Communicate with patients’ and residents’ family or friends as required Collect samples for lab as ordered Maintain flexibility with work schedule to address unpredictable needs REQUIREMENTS: Current VT LPN license required Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of confidentiality obligations and best nursing practices Competent in EMR entry – experience with Point Click Care a plus Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position Benefits – for Full Time Employees Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Long/Short Term Disability Life Insurance Generous Paid Time Off 401K Plan with Employer Contribution Crescent Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a charming, well-maintained, 90-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Bennington, VT.
