Job Description

Join a dynamic healthcare team in the Midwest region as a Clinic Manager, overseeing daily clinical and operational functions of assigned clinics. This role involves close collaboration with healthcare providers and direct supervision of clinical and office staff to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of quality improvement initiatives to achieve superior patient outcomes. Collaborate with Quality Assurance personnel to maintain compliance with all quality controls, measures, and competencies. Assist in preparing and managing capital and operational budgets, monitoring cost centers monthly to maintain financial goals. Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and job descriptions to enhance operational efficiency. Identify and lead process improvements in partnership with management, quality assurance, and care coordination teams. Coordinate orientation and competency validation for new staff, ensuring compliance with training and performance standards. Supervise clinic staff, including hiring and termination recommendations. Serve as a super user for Scheduling and EMR software, providing training and ongoing support. Educate staff and patients on patient portal benefits and assist with patient enrollment. Plan and facilitate staff development, training, and continuing education opportunities. Foster a professional and supportive environment for patients, families, providers, and staff. Oversee office staff and processes to ensure efficient patient flow and office routines, working closely with physicians. Manage staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and approval of paid time off requests. Demonstrate accountability, adaptability, teamwork, and reliability under pressure. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards including Corporate Compliance, OSHA, CMS, HIPAA, Joint Commission, and rural health clinic requirements. Education Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) degree is acceptable. Candidates with a high school diploma and relevant experience may also be considered. Experience Minimum of 3-4 years in healthcare, with management experience highly preferred. Experience in operational and strategic management of physician practices is a plus. Certifications and Licenses Current LPN or RN license applicable to the region. Valid driver's license. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Mental and Physical Requirements Ability to manage multiple priorities with considerable mental focus. Must handle stress effectively and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, sitting, and lifting. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Working Conditions Typical clinical and office environment with potential exposure to body fluids. Interaction with patients, families, healthcare providers, vendors, and community agencies is expected.
