Structured learning environment with dedicated mentorship Opportunity to gain experience in a diverse patient population Focus on building clinical competency in a supportive setting Exposure to community health initiatives and social determinants of health Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program Current Oregon state licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Strong clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members DEA license. WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to perform the following physical requirements with or without an accommodation: In-person work during normal clinic hours. Remain in a stationary position frequently during the day while performing clinical and administrative duties. Move or traverse frequently during the day throughout clinic to perform clinical and administrative duties. Operate equipment frequently during the day using a computer, clinical and lab equipment. Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and accurately so others will understand; ability to interact with patients and staff clearly. Able to move or transport up to 25 pounds while using equipment and providing patient care. Work indoors in heat-controlled environment 100% of the day. OSHA Exposure Category - Category #1: Possible job-related exposure to blood and/or body fluids. Requires the appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
