Outpatient - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT) MLR is seeking a skilled and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position at a vibrant outpatient clinic near New Zion, SC. We are offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus and up to $7,500 in relocation assistance. Starting Pay: Competitive hourly wage beginning at $36.58 Key Responsibilities: Therapeutic Interventions: Design and administer therapeutic exercises and treatments aimed at improving patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function in an outpatient setting. Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Work Environment: Join a dynamic outpatient physical therapy clinic. Progress Monitoring: Evaluate and document patient progress regularly, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes. Patient Education: Instruct patients and their families on exercises and strategies for ongoing rehabilitation at home, fostering long-term health and mobility. Compliance: Adhere to clinic policies and regulatory standards to ensure safe and effective care. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred. Licensure: Valid Physical Therapist license in South Carolina or a compact license. Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
