Media Sales Advisor

Media Sales Advisor- MARC Radio Dallas KGGR-AM/FM Marc Media Group LLC is a privately held, growing media company with a mission to re-imagine new and legacy media to better connect with and serve our community. Our company operates radio stations, digital-first newspapers with weekly print editions, out-of-home advertising (billboards), and a full-service digital advertising agency. We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are interested in starting or growing a career in media, marketing, and sales. What You'll Do: Connect with local businesses and introduce them to our marketing solutions Prospect and develop new business opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships Make outreach calls and schedule meetings Present advertising and marketing recommendations to clients Work with internal teams to ensure successful campaigns Learn to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities What We're Looking For: Sales, customer service, or people-focused experience is helpful, but not required A positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivation and the ability to work independently Comfort with technology and learning new systems (CRM experience is a plus) Interest in marketing, media, or business development Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account Paid Time Off (after 6 months) Referral Program Associate Discount Program Supervisory Responsibilities: None Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday Pay: $55,000-$80,000 potential earnings per year with commission and Biz Builder plan To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
