Global Operations Project Manager

Title: Global Operations Project Manager Location: Austin, TX Duration: 12 months + possible ext. Mode of Interview : WebEx ( minimum 2 rounds ) Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, or other quantitative field 5 years + experience in Finance Operations. Key Responsibilities: Strong finance knowledge in areas of receivables, payments, and foreign currency Experience in project management and project documentation from initial design phase, testing and implementation, and post go-live support Project experience navigating international expansion, VAT changes, sales org and business entity implementation Comfortable with SAP production and UAT (environment and testing) Tableau or similar application experience a plus Financial planning, analysis, modeling, analytics, and KPI reporting desirable Engage with cross-functional teams (e.g. FP&A, Tech Accounting, Global Business Systems, Tax/Treasury, Legal, Business Development) | Build trust, influence without authority and maintain a positive attitude P2P experience including PO and PR creation and maintenance Outstanding communication and presentation skills to various levels of the organization Strong ability to develop and foster relationships across many functions to accomplish goals Proven experience challenging and debating issues of importance while working towards the best possible outcome for customers and partners Leverage financial and process knowledge to influence and prioritize project scope of the project Soft Skills Required: Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels?
