Internship - Electrical Engineering

If yes, Dürr is the place for you! Our three-month, paid, full-time summer internship program is designed to give students professional experience related to their field of study. Under the mentorship of a subject matter expert, students will complete a project for their assigned department. We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineering Intern to support our engineering and commissioning teams while gaining hands-on, real-world experience. This internship offers exposure to control panel design, PLC programming, and on-site commissioning activities, including out-of-state travel to customer sites. Assist with the design and layout of electrical control panels Support introductory PLC programming and testing Assist commissioning engineers during on-site system startups Participate in troubleshooting and system validation under supervision Intern Program Highlights: Professional development and skill-building opportunities Networking with peers and company leadership Final capstone-style presentation delivered to leadership Baseball games, Golf outings And more! Your Skills: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineering or related field Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls Willingness to travel out of state to customer sites Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in data analysis Good organization and time management skills ability to work on multiple projects
