Job Description Develop and manage preconstruction schedules, budgets, and plans for multifamily construction projects. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Review and analyze project documents to provide accurate cost estimates and value engineering suggestions. Lead the preparation of bid packages, proposals, and presentations for clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff from preconstruction to construction phases. Monitor market trends and material costs to provide accurate pricing and recommendations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners. Ensure compliance with all regulations, codes, and company standards throughout the preconstruction process.
