Role: ERP Cloud Finance Lead - Oracle Financial Cloud Application Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Job Description: Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Functional Expertise: Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management. Solution Design: Map business requirements to ERP capabilities, bridging gaps with tailored solutions, reporting (OTBI, SmartView), and RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) objects. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT teams to align system functionality with business processes. Support & Training: Provide post-production support, training, and documentation for end-users. Compliance & Optimization: Ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and drive process improvement through best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance, with significant experience (often 3-5+ years) in implementing ERP Cloud solutions. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of ERP financial modules, SQL for reporting, and integration technologies. Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
