Job Title: Data and Analytics Consulting Partner Location: Edison, NJ (preferred) - also open to NJ/NYC/Dallas/Charlotte/Atlanta/Chicago Employment: Fulltime Role Overview Client is seeking a highly skilled Data and Analytics Consulting Partner to work directly with CDOs/CDAOs and senior leadership teams across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role requires a strong hands-on technical foundation in Data & Analytics Architecture, combined with strategic consulting expertise. You will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-wide Data & Analytics strategies, converting strategy into actionable architecture, supporting large multi-million-dollar deals, and influencing major transformation initiatives. This is not a people-management role-Client is seeking a deeply technical, hands-on expert with strong business acumen. Key Responsibilities Strategic Consulting & Client Leadership Serve as a strategic partner to client CDO/CDAO-level stakeholders, helping shape Data & Analytics strategy aligned to business objectives. Build lasting relationships with CXOs, Data & Analytics leaders, and senior stakeholders. Assess customer data landscapes, identify gaps, and define transformation roadmaps. Technical Leadership & Architecture Define enterprise Data & Technology Architecture across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud ecosystems using native platforms and partner tools. Provide hands-on architectural guidance to convert strategy into actionable solutions. Lead architecture reviews with internal teams and client organizations. Oversee data management, warehousing, integration, and data movement across large-scale initiatives. Presales, Growth & Thought Leadership Shape and support large proactive and reactive multi-million-dollar deals. Develop POVs, solution approaches, and compelling pitches for new opportunities Program & Transformation Leadership Lead strategy development and multi-year transformation programs for large BFSI customers. Provide advisory and oversight to ensure successful delivery of enterprise data modernization initiatives. Influence consulting, delivery, and downstream revenue through advisory-led engagements. Qualifications & Experience Must Have 13+ years of experience, with at least 10 years in consulting/advisory/pre-sales roles in Data & Analytics. Deep hands-on experience in Data & Analytics Architecture (Cloud/Hybrid/On-Prem). Strong background in BFSI domain. Proven ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and articulation skills. Strong business acumen and customer-first mindset. Experience driving strategic, large-scale data transformation initiatives. Nice to Have Prior experience serving in a CDO/CDAO or enterprise-level data leadership role. Experience as a panelist, speaker, or thought leader in Data & Analytics communities.
