F35 PTMS and ECS System Steady State Analysis and system architecture development 2. Develop ECS model using Nexsys and FORTRAN code, and ECS system architecture development 3. ECS system steady state analysis library development 4. F35 flight test data analysis, ITS test data analysis and PTMS model calibration and validation Position will be Hybrid Manager is looking for someone who is skilled at developing system and component thermal models, integrating complex component models into larger system frameworks, providing customers with quality tools for aerospace equipment design. Proficient in Fortran, C++, Basic, Python, Microsoft.NET/Windows/Linux/UNIX. Expertise: • Vapor Cycle Systems (VCS) • Thermodynamics • Heat Exchanger Analysis • Jenkins, SVN, Jira, MatLab • 2-Phase Heat Transfer • Environmental Control Systems (ECS) Key Responsibilities: Assess and drive achievement of program-specific performance goals. Partner with engineering and leadership teams to: 1. Implement product strategies. Develop program schedules and milestones. 2. Define technology roadmaps. Improve engineering quality and productivity. Must Have: Minimum 10 years of systems engineering experience (preferably safety-critical engine controller development). Bachelor's degree in engineering. U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status). Preferred: Experience with APU products or complex mechanical systems. Control Systems or Controls & Accessories project engineering background. Proven track record managing complex projects. Strong communication and leadership skills in a matrixed environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Responsible for the support of the sales representatives by providing technical knowledge to clients and potential clients. Provides support in both pre- and post-sale by attending presentations, product demonstrations, and installations/implementations. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
