Ensure a sanitary and safe working environment while complying with accreditation and regulatory requirements on an ongoing basis. Your Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Your Certifications Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) through ASCP or AMT must be obtained no later than one year post-hire. Maintain active certification throughout your employment. Your Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to facilitate effective teamwork within the healthcare setting.
