Job Title: RN Case ManagerLocation: Syracuse, NY Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract) Shift: Day Shift - 5x8 Hours (07:00 AM - 03:00 PM) Compensation Weekly Gross Pay: $2,614 Position Summary A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a 13-week contract assignment. This role supports care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning in an acute care setting, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered outcomes.
