Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire. Maintenance of current certification throughout employment is required. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effective collaborate with healthcare teams.
