Recruitment Internship

Stake Center Locating is seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to support our growing workforce needs. This internship provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced, field-services environment. The Recruitment Intern will assist with sourcing, screening, scheduling, and processing candidates-primarily for utility locate technician roles. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in Communications, Human Resources, or Business Administration to gain real-world recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with full-cycle recruitment for field positions Post job openings on company ATS, job boards and social media. Source candidates through applicant tracking system, referrals and community outreach Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, applicant flow, source effectiveness) Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
