Senior Developer

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Senior Developer to join a large team supporting enterprise-level application development in a fast-paced Agile Scrum environment. What You'll Do • Lead analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise applications • Design, code, test, debug, and support full-stack solutions (UI through database) • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers • Ensure solutions align with business strategy and architectural standards • Develop integration solutions and evaluate system interdependencies • Participate in architecture discussions, code reuse decisions, and buy vs. build analysis • Support production issues, monitor logs, and deploy fixes • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate across Scrum teams • Develop and maintain programming standards and documentation What You'll Need • Application development experience • Strong full-stack Java development experience • Java, JavaScript, JSP, jQuery • Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, Spring Data JPA • SOAP and REST web services • GitHub (version control) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) Nice to Have • MQ • DevOps tools (Gradle, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) • Splunk or AppDynamics
