The Little Gym of Middleton has been independently owned and operated since 2004, and we’re now focused on rapidly growing our new Sun Prairie location.Compensation$55,000–$60,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonuses tied directly to membership growth and revenue. High performers have clear upside as the gym scales.The RoleThis is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall success and growth of the gym. You’ll teach classes, lead a team, engage with families, and be the face of The Little Gym in the Sun Prairie community.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach classes and model high-quality instructionLead, train, and motivate staffDrive enrollments, retention, and customer experienceConfidently guide families through intro visits and enrollmentBuild local partnerships and community connectionsSupport local marketing events and outreachOversee daily operations and facility standardsWho We’re Looking ForStrong communicator with kids and parentsComfortable with sales and growth accountabilityLeadership or management experience in a people-focused roleOrganized, energetic, and action-orientedWell-connected in Sun Prairie (or motivated to become quickly)Available some evenings (ending by 7 PM) and weekendsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and spot children safelyComfortable with continuous physical activityWhy This Role is DifferentThis is not a “keep the lights on” position.
