Our Elementary Schools are seeking Paraeducators to assist teachers and school staff as they implement an engaging, creative and fun total education program! This position will support Health and Physical Education (P.E.) programs at Riverview Elementary School. Advertised salaries are reflective of the 2025-2026 School Year and will be updated after 2026-2027 School Year budget approval.Essential Job Functions: Assists students with the organization and completion of daily work assignments Assists with evaluating and testing students Works with small groups of students in various subject areas Follows established procedures for monitoring student behavior when supervising small or large groups Monitors students whereabouts and observe student safety Performs routine clerical duties such as copying, typing, answering/making telephone calls, and basic troubleshooting Performs additional non-instructional duties including, but not limited to, cafeteria duty, bus duty, hall duty, and office duty Click here to read the full Job Description for this role. Education and Experience: Required High School Diploma or GED A minimum of two (2) years working with children within an instructional, educational or related setting Ability to successfully complete and maintain a Basic First Aid and CPR certification Special Note: Paraeducators assigned to Title I schools will be required to complete an additional assessment within a reasonable timeframe following hire or assignment.
