OverviewMcGuireWoods has the need for a Marketing Technology Coordinator to join its firm-wide marketing team in our Richmond, VA or Charlotte, NC offices. The Marketing Technology Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day production of digital marketing content for the firm’s website and related email communications. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of web content management, or comparable technical and administrative background, and a strong eye for detail. Our Privacy Statement describes how we will process and safeguard your personal data.Responsibilities Assists with editing data and information in the firm’s content management system – including news, publications, event details – with a key focus on tracking and updating professional biographies. Coordinates production of e-communications requests, including announcements, news alerts and evites. Works with firm’s business development team and other content administrators across the firm to ensure information on external sites is accurate and current. Qualifications Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience. BA or Associate’s degree preferred. Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience using WordPress and email marketing platforms a plus. Ability to be detail-oriented, multi-task, and interact effectively with a diverse group of employees.
