JOB DESCRIPTION: The Marketing Support Specialist is responsible for core administrative tasks with marketing support, focusing on organizing schedules, managing communications, handling documents and supporting the SVP, Legal Affairs & Compliance. This is a hybrid role, and you will be required to work in our corporate office located in Bradenton FL 2-3 days a week and required to go in as needed for shipping merchandise / conference set up. PAY SCALE: $22.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative Support: Manage calendars, arrange travel, handle correspondence (emails, calls), prepare documents, and organize files. Campaign Assistance: Help develop and implement campaigns, update content (website, social media), create promotional materials, and track campaign timelines. Social Media: Monitor accounts, create posts, respond to messages, and help manage online presence. Event Coordination: Assist with planning, organizing, and executing promotional events and trade shows. Data & Reporting: Compile marketing data, update databases (CRM), prepare reports, analyze basic trends, and monitor KPIs (website traffic, engagement). Liaison: Communicate with external vendors, suppliers, and internal teams (sales, finance). Other duties may be assigned by Sanderson Firm leadership QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Familiarity with social media platforms, CRM software, and potentially graphic design/analytics tools (Canva, Google Analytics). Ability to work remotely in a productive and efficient manner Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively. and asking questions where clarification is needed Must be able to demonstrate and promote a positive team-oriented environment Must be able to work well under pressure and/or stressful conditions Must possess the ability to manage change, delays, or unexpected events Must demonstrate reliability and ability to abide by the company attendance policy
