Qualifications: 21 years of age A minimum of 4 months (1 year preferred) of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years Possess a valid Class A CDL Hazmat and tanker endorsements are preferred, but you must be willing to obtain them No reckless driving convictions in the last 5 years No DUI convictions in the past 5 years No suspensions or revocations in the last 5 years No serious violations in the past 12 months No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years No more than 3 preventable NON-DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years Essential Functions: Load and unload freight, requiring lifting up to 80 lbs Move freight with a force requirement of 54 lbs Open/close trailer doors with a force requirement of 46 lbs Enter/exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle Access the rear of a trailer from ground level Count and manage freight Complete bills of lading and fuel tickets Solicit sales leads Secure additional shipments Hook/unhook trailer with a force requirement of 90 lbs Complete delivery receipts Conduct pre-trip inspections Drive safely and responsibly Maintain regular attendance Operate forklifts and fuel trucks
