Be prepared to assist with inpatient therapy evaluations and treatments when needed, maintaining a seamless continuum of care. Ensure precise and timely documentation that complies with all state, federal, and institutional regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development and remain up-to-date with the latest advancements in speech therapy. Education Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Successful completion of a guided Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending. Certifications Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
