Education A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet achieved. Certifications Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through ASHA is desirable. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within the first 30 days of employment.
