Take full responsibility for solution design and implementation, ensuring our software solutions are not only efficient but also delivered on time and within budget. Thoroughly analyze business needs to ensure our Oracle solutions are closely aligned with customer objectives, utilizing industry standards and your product expertise. Demonstrate sound judgment in employing the right methods and techniques to provide complex functional and technical solutions. Act as a proactive self-starter, mentoring project teams and influencing key decisions in collaboration with customer leadership. Support business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing engagements. Address and resolve complex client challenges with effective recommendations and innovative solutions. Responsibilities Preferred Qualifications At least 5 years of relevant functional consulting experience in cash management. Experience in a leadership or management role is highly regarded. In-depth knowledge of business processes related to: Oracle Cloud, particularly in Cash Management & Treasury processes, including managing global bank accounts, cash positioning and forecasting, virtual bank accounts, and multi-currency transactions. A proven track record in implementing the Record to Report process with a focus on Cash Management & Treasury. Expertise in leading bank integrations to facilitate effective cash flow management. Skilled in handling complex data migration projects, especially for global, multi-currency bank accounts. A degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience. CPA certification is advantageous. Possess technical expertise relevant to this area. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships. Strong influencing and negotiation skills are essential. A willingness to travel up to 30% as required. This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. The salary range for this position is $71,200 to $158,200 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and equity.
