Markle, IN ? $18-$21/hour (based on experience) ? 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:00am Looking for a solid 4-day workweek with strong pay and great benefits? If you've got an eye for detail and experience in coating or painting, this opportunity is for you. ? Responsibilities Apply powder coat paint to metal parts and components Prepare, hang, inspect, and prep parts before coating Safely operate spray guns, ovens, and coating equipment Maintain consistent quality and meet daily production goals Clean equipment and keep workspace safe and organized Perform touch-ups as needed Skills & Qualifications Prior powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently Comfortable with standing, bending, and reaching for long periods Strong attention to detail and quality High school diploma or equivalent Consistent and reliable work history ?
