What You'll Get Competitive salary Annual bonus incentive Comprehensive health benefits starting day one 401(k) with generous company match + core Defined Contribution plan Generous paid time off and paid parental leave Employee discounts and education expense reimbursement (eligible day one) Professional development, mentorship, and clear career growth opportunities Relocation assistance available for the right individual What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Lead the Keene precision bearing operation to achieve business goals for quality, delivery, cost, and lead time Communicate strategy, goals, and execution plans to align teams and drive results Manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and strong first-pass yield Ensure accurate, timely production reporting and maintain master data (rates, routings, setup times, utilization, scrap) Partner with Materials Management to optimize raw material and component availability Oversee manufacturing processes including machining, heat treat, grinding, finishing, assembly, and shipping to improve throughput Monitor scrap, repair, and non-conformance costs; lead efforts to reduce waste and cost of poor quality Build and sustain workforce development through coaching, training, and capability building Identify and lead Lean / continuous improvement projects to reduce variability and improve process capability Meet or exceed KPIs tied to customer satisfaction and quality performance What You Bring (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role Strong leadership, decision-making, and people development skills Analytical and computer proficiency; experience with SAP, MRP, or ERP systems Solid understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methods Proven experience coaching and developing frontline leaders and operations teams Why This Role You'll join a global organization with 19,000+ colleagues solving complex challenges through precision engineering.
