Estimator

We are seeking a Mid-Senior Level Construction Estimator in the DFW market to support a growing construction business with a strong pipeline of commercial and residential work. This role is ideal for an estimator who wants to grow with the company, take ownership of the estimating function, and help build scalable processes for the future. The estimator will support high-volume bidding across projects with minimal travel required. Typical Responsibilities" Prepare accurate estimates for projects ranging from $50K-$2.5M Support monthly bid volumes of $15-$20M Perform quantity takeoffs and convert unit quantities into complete estimates Gather subcontractor pricing, vendor quotes, and material costs based on unit pricing Maintain and update estimating data, unit costs, and historical pricing Support estimating efforts across commercial platforms and residential projects Assist with refining estimating processes and supporting future business growth We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
