Advanced Practice Provider Details: Full-time position, 4 days/ week, 32 patient contact hours. (2 days in White Salmon, WA and 2 days in Stevenson, WA) Provide comprehensive family medicine services to your own panel of patients, as well as see walk-in and acute care patients during designated times. Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians. We're also looking for clinicians with an interest in leadership and welcome meaningful participation in organizational decisions. What We're Looking For: Current Washington Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and DEA licensure in good standing. Preferred: Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred Experience with Epic EMR Who We Are One Community Health is a community based primary care and behavioral health practice, located in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. We are a provider led practice, with average provider tenure of 15+ years. We're fortunate to have more robust specialist support than in many rural areas but have a fuller spectrum primary care practice than in many urban environments.
