Fulfillment Associate

Job Full Description We have been asked by a Food Manufacturer in Westfield, IN to help them find a Fulfillment Associate. In this role, you will expertly manage the packing and shipping of Amazon orders and provide support in packing Retail Master cases when necessary. Pay/Salary: $17.00 Per Hour Hours/Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Life, Weekly Pay What will you do as a Fulfillment Associate? Efficiently and accurately pack products for Amazon FBA orders. Prepare shipping labels and documentation for timely dispatch. Ensure all orders meet quality standards and are packed securely. Assist in packing Retail Master cases. Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and quality control in case packing. Follow standard operating procedures for various tasks in the production and shipping process. Lift and move boxes and products weighing up to 25 lbs. Ensure a safe and organized work environment. Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient production and shipping process. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads to address any issues or challenges. What qualifications will you have as a Fulfillment Associate? Previous experience in order fulfillment, pick/pack, or shipping is a plus but not required. Ability to handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail. Capability to lift up to 25 lbs. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
