Your Key Responsibilities Utilize radiographic and CT imaging techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images necessary for physician interpretation Collaborate with radiologists and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnosis Position patients correctly and calibrate imaging equipment for superior results Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols for both patients and colleagues Maintain detailed records, including imaging logs and equipment maintenance logs Provide empathetic patient care throughout the imaging process Foster a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment Educational Background Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred Completion of an accredited radiology program is mandatory Certification Requirements ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is essential Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days post-hire Desirable Skills Expertise in diagnostic imaging procedures and safety protocols Strong communication abilities with patients and healthcare professionals alike Aptitude for thriving in fast-paced settings with the flexibility to adjust as necessary Meticulous attention to detail and personal accountability Comfortable with modern imaging technologies, including PACS and RIS systems What's In It For You?
