Support clients with mobility and transfers as needed. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment. Report any changes in clients' condition or needs to the appropriate medical personnel or supervisors. Respect clients' privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times. Requirements Valid Home Health Aide certification. Previous experience in home health care or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Marlborough, MA. Background check and drug screening may be required.
