Role: Senior Salesforce & Java Application Support Engineer (COPADO / AWS / EKS) Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid 4 days onsite) Duration: 5 months Role Description: COPADO Experience is Must Youll lead support for Java application support, Key SkillsMust be able to deploy Salesforce applications using CopadoSupporting Java Microservices and applications built using Springboot.Supporting and maintaining databases such as Mongo DB, RDS, Oracle.Deploying containerized applications in EKS cluster.Troubleshoot applications running in EKS clusters.Support Salesforce applications using Salesforce Community Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong knowledge of CRM applications.Experience in APEX Coding, Lighting Web Components (LWC), API Integration and Flows.Experienced in Service Cloud features such as Web-to-Case and Assignment Rules and Experience Cloud.Troubleshoot Kafka related issues.Support COTs applications such as deFI , FISERV products etc. AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, Kubernetes)Infrastructure as Code Terraform, CloudFormationTroubleshooting LinuxWindows systemsAWS CLI, scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)AWS certifications (Solutions Architect preferred).Salesforce Developer I Developer II certifications mustAutomation experience in relevant technologies and tools.
