Job Purpose We are seeking a dedicated Contrast Enhanced Ultrasound (CEUS) Specialist who will drive education, training, and promotion of non-cardiac CEUS to both existing and prospective clients. This role will involve providing clinical presentations, product evaluations, and ongoing clinical support to ensure sales success and expand the CEUS market for Bracco Diagnostics Inc. (BDI). You will build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and OEM companies to enhance the use of CEUS in the non-cardiac space. Main Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive product evaluations and timely clinical follow-up at target accounts aligned with business strategies. Collaborate with Sales Representatives to achieve timely sales objectives and ensure a positive customer experience. Work alongside Marketing to create and implement effective radiology strategies and develop targeted marketing materials. Develop strategic account plans to target and grow the non-cardiac CEUS customer base, assisting in relationship building with OEMs and KOLs. Contribute insights for effective business/sales plans that align with overall strategy. Maintain accurate account profiles using company tools. Utilize effective time management techniques for territory management. Provide expert clinical/technical sales support for BDI CEUS products, including on-label product demonstrations and approved educational presentations. Recruit and train PRN employees for clinical coverage as needed. Act as a resource for internal sales teams and external customers regarding BDI CEUS products. Network at local, regional, and national events to promote BDI CEUS offerings. Keep thorough records of travel and sales using Concur and Salesforce.com. Ensure adherence to Bracco's core values in all interactions. Education Averifiable BA/BS degree is preferred. Professional Experience and Skills A successful candidate should possess strong clinical experience in ultrasonography, ideally with credentials related to ultrasound operations. Preference will be given to those with experience in contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Industry experience should include a minimum of five years in roles such as: Clinical Applications in CEUS or non-cardiac ultrasound equipment. Non-cardiac sonographer or nursing roles utilizing Lumason in hospitals or cardiovascular imaging centers. A candidate must exemplify competency in the following: In-depth knowledge of CEUS and ultrasound equipment as a Sonographer. Ability to contribute to territory and regional business plans that align with marketing strategies. Exceed customer expectations through effective sales support and rapport building. Expertise in managing product evaluations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Solid understanding of healthcare economics and competitive modalities. Proficiency with technology, including Salesforce.com and MS Office applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. A collaborative team player who values the input of others and fosters positive relationships. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Registered Sonographer. A valid driver’s license is required. Ability to comply with credentialing requirements of client-based organizations. Physical Demands and Work Environment This field-based role involves significant travel (minimum 70% overnight).
