What We're Looking For We are on the hunt for enthusiastic go-getters across the Columbus area who are eager to hit the road and complete tasks effectively. Previous experience is a plus, but we will provide comprehensive training tailored to your needs. What You'll Be Doing Safely locate and recover assets assigned by our clients Transport assets to designated locations Maintain a professional demeanor and respect with all individuals encountered Document recoveries by taking photos, making notes, and logging details in RDN and ClearPlan Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations What You'll Need A pickup truck capable of towing a bumper pull trailer Ability to drive with a small trailer attached Reliability and readiness to work Monday through Friday, with possible weekend shifts Strong communication skills Basic computer and app proficiency What You'll Get $80K-$120K/year or more (as confirmed by our current agents!) $265 average commission per recovery, paid daily Commission-based structure (1099) Monthly and quarterly bonuses Weekly gas allowance-the best in the industry Flexible work schedule Trailers provided by the company Paid training customized for your experience level Bonus Points If You're a Veteran We proudly value the service of veterans and offer them preferred consideration.
