Shift Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY We are looking for an enthusiastic Shift Supervisor to help lead our dedicated team in delivering an exceptional dining experience. In this role, you will assist the management team in running the day-to-day operations, fostering a supportive environment for our Team Members, and maintaining high standards of service and food quality. Presenting a professional image and a commitment to guest satisfaction is a must. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain regular attendance as scheduled. Champion our service standards by embodying the principles of CHARM and CARE to ensure each guest receives outstanding service. Support the management team in recruiting, training, and developing Team Members through consistent daily interactions. Ensure adherence to company policies and all state and federal wage and hour regulations. Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all items are in good repair. Manage processes including line checks, food safety, and preparation lists to ensure efficiency. Verify food quality and presentation meet our specifications. Assist management in executing new initiatives, including product and menu rollouts. Perform additional duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES As a Shift Supervisor, you will report to the General Manager and oversee a team of 15 to 25 members, ensuring a collaborative and effective working environment.
