What You'll Do As a Recruiter, you will: Build strong pipelines by engaging with colleges, agencies, community partners, and digital platforms Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and strategize sourcing plans Pre-screen candidates and prepare them for smooth, professional hiring experiences Serve as a subject-matter expert in our Applicant Tracking System Provide weekly and monthly recruiting metrics Support our company mission by ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience Maintain strong documentation and organization in a high-volume environment Contribute to continuous improvement in hiring processes and recruitment marketing What You Bring 2-4 years of recruiting experience in healthcare, preferably nurses Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state operations is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office A customer-service mindset and passion for building relationships Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Successful completion of a background check Why You'll Love Working With Us At BayMark, you'll be part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients nationwide.
