Job Description

Join our forward-thinking Legal Department as a Regulatory Affairs Counsel! This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside a vibrant Regulatory team and provide essential support regarding federal and state regulations impacting the healthcare and pharmacy sectors. We are looking for a proactive thinker who excels at engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Include: Analyze and stay updated on state and federal regulations that affect the healthcare and pharmacy benefit management industries. Assist in preparing and submitting key licensing and registration documents to federal, state, and local agencies. Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from regulatory agencies. Provide critical legal support for various company initiatives and special projects. Support general legal operations to ensure the company runs smoothly. Carry out additional tasks as assigned to meet the objectives of the department. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate and active State Bar Certification, along with a Bachelor’s degree. At least 3 years of relevant legal experience in regulatory matters. Proven expertise in regulatory law. Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional legal research and writing abilities, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong commitment to delivering high client service standards, paired with sound business and legal judgment. Ability to self-motivate and effectively manage multiple priorities with keen attention to detail. The salary range for this position is anticipated to be $115,200 - $144,000 annually, based on market data and individual qualifications. Selected candidates will also have the chance to earn short-term incentives based on personal and business performance.
