Collaborate with project management and field teams to ensure clear alignment on project scope and facilitate smooth transitions. Engage in value engineering and risk analysis discussions to optimize project outcomes. Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals to stay informed about pricing trends and innovations. Assist the preconstruction team in creating strategic bid packages and effective presentation materials. Qualifications 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction with a general contractor. In-depth knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods.
