Join Jacobs as a Lead Senior Project Manager, where you will utilize your deep expertise in geospatial technologies and asset management systems. As a key liaison for both project execution and client engagement, your role will be vital in driving successful project outcomes and ensuring technical excellence. You will spearhead multi-disciplinary teams in the execution of innovative, data-driven infrastructure, asset management, and transportation initiatives. We are looking for a candidate with considerable experience in GIS and its practical application in enhancing data collection for facility and transportation asset management projects. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to clearly define project scope, expectations, and deliverables. Coordinate the planning and execution of substantial geospatial data collection initiatives. Manage project budgets, timelines, contracts, and ensure adherence to quality assurance processes. Lead a diverse team of engineers, analysts, software developers, and field staff toward achieving project goals. Oversee the creation of comprehensive reports, presentations, and data visualizations aimed at decision-makers. Assist in generating compelling project proposals for Sales teams, estimating timelines, team responsibilities, costs, and more. Bring over 10 years of relevant experience in the consulting industry with a proven track record of delivering major infrastructure and technology projects. Hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred). Demonstrate expertise in GIS platforms and associated data management tools. Exhibit strong capabilities in managing large, intricate projects involving multiple stakeholders. Possess outstanding communication, leadership, and client relationship skills. Show the ability to analyze, interpret, and present complex technical data in a format that is accessible to non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills Understanding of transportation asset management frameworks. Proven experience in business development, including proposal writing and client engagement.
