In this important role, you will be instrumental in expanding our network, forging strategic partnerships, and reinforcing our dedication to delivering exceptional patient-centered cancer care. As a visionary leader, you will oversee commercial operations, pinpoint opportunities for expansion, and develop a strong pipeline for growth. Your ability to collaborate effectively is crucial; you will work closely with marketing and communications teams to boost branding efforts, and partner with corporate development to investigate potential new practices and partnerships. Establishing ambitious sales targets, setting production and sales goals, and leading a dedicated team will be vital to your success and the financial health of our organization. To excel in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in an executive strategy and development role is essential, particularly within the healthcare sector. A demonstrated history of successful strategic and business development, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities, is also necessary. Additionally, a deep understanding of oncology, healthcare regulations, and treatment modalities is critical. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen, a solid financial background, and considerable experience in leading and managing diverse teams. Your responsibilities will also include negotiating contracts, with the expectation of travel up to 50% of the time.
