Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Successful completion of a Ryder Drug Test Pass background and driving record checks Must pass a DOT physical Complete a Ryder road test Possess a valid CDL and endorsements as required At least: 9 months of experience within the last 3 years, OR 2 years of experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years of experience within the last 10 years Ability to comprehend written and oral instructions Aptitude to interpret and apply laws, guidelines, and policies Important Note: Some roles may require extra screening, including verification of prior employment and education, motor vehicle records check, and/or background requirements set by the client.
