KYC COMPLIANCE REVIEW ANALYST WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Join us as a KYC Compliance Review Analyst, a pivotal role in ensuring our Know Your Client (KYC) program meets rigorous compliance standards. You will be responsible for conducting Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) investigations for commercial loan borrowers, ensuring alignment with credit policies and compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and USA Patriot Act. Your insights will be crucial in managing potential negative news alerts and onboarding new client relationships effectively. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Conduct thorough EDD reviews for commercial loan borrowers and prospective clients using a variety of internal bank systems and external research tools. Prepare detailed documentation and summaries to support your findings, ensuring timely and informed decision-making. Review and resolve potential negative news alerts concerning new clients and during ongoing periodic reviews, promptly escalating genuine matches as necessary. Verify the accuracy of KYC documentation for new accounts and evaluate Anticipated Activity questions for both Business and Individual clients with new transactional accounts. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in Banking Services, branch operations, risk management, or related fields, including 2 years in BSA/AML. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for at least 2 years. Additional Qualifications Exceptional analytical skills, a strong understanding of deposit and loan transactions, sound judgment, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in internet research, and a solid grasp of the Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act. Excellent communication and writing abilities are imperative. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting hourly rate: $25.93 - $41.43, subject to variation based on skills, experience, and location.
